5. Comparing and Persuading (pre :60 rec : 60 )

Your family is relocating to another area, and you are looking for a new home there. You found two suitable options. Using the pictures and information below, choose the option that you prefer. In the next section, you will need to persuade a family member that your choice is the better choice.

The house you chose definitely has some good points. However, There are a couple of reasons why my choice the downtown townhouse is the better option for own your home. For one thing, Although the townhouse costs more than the country home it has better value. The reason is it is only about 20% more expensive but over 8% larger as you know we need a very large house so I think the size of the townhouse makes a good choice. 

For another thing, None of us like driving the country home looks peaceful but we would have to drive anytime we want to go somewhere, see somebody or buy something. In contrast, the townhouse is convenient for public transportation so we could do everything we want without having to drive. I hope you understand and agree with my reasons that think my option is a better choice for our family
