Hi, David I know you don’t really want my cousin to stay but I hope I persuade to change your mind. Let me explain. First, we have a spare bedroom in our home and my cousin is willing to pay 1/3 about rent. This will save us about 300 dollars for a month. I know you don’t have much money right now. So I think it will help you financially if my cousin stays with us. Second, My cousin study to be a chef. She is really great at cooking. She told me that she will be really happy to cook for us if she can live here. I know how much you love good cooking. I think you would love to eat her food. Especially, her pasta dishes. I hope the two reasons that I've given have persuaded you to change your mind. Then now my cousin to come and stay at our home.
