In some countries, a high proportion of criminal acts are committed by teenagers. Why has this happened? What can be done to deal with this?

- violent media contents → be influnced cruel behaviour
- lack of crime education at school
- influenced by peer
- dysfunctional families / broken families
(single parent, separated parent, criminal parent, frequent parents fight)
- immature → lack judgement
solution
- education
- enhance law
- community (eg. after school program, patrol)

- committed the same crime → violence cannot be accepted
- should be punnished to know the consequences of crime

- immature → too young to make the right and wise decisions
- need a second chance → rehabilitatation is better → responsible adults
To reduce crime rate in young people, it is the best way that good parenting skills should be taught to their parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
